Mr Christopher Ang (MTM,WSQ,DACE, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt)

Christopher holds a Master of Technology Management.  He is a SSG DACE Certified Adult Educator and Certified Six Sigma Black Belt.  He was also a Certified Practising Management Consultant (PMC), Certified Quality Engineer (ASQ-CQE) and Certified Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) during his industry/ consultancy days. 

Christopher brings with him 30 years of cross functional leadership roles and experience, both internal & external consultancy championing in Learning & Development, Training Need Analysis and Performance Management, Quality, Lean Initiatives and Process Improvement, Planning & Inventory Control, Commodity Management and Regional Product Marketing.

 

Mr Koh Chee Beng (ACTA - certified)

Certified Six Sigma Black Belt. He has 26 years of experiences in manufacturing industry, disk drive and electronics  manufacturing where he held Managerial positions in multinational corporations.  He was involved in Process Engineering, Quality Assurance, Supplier Quality Engineering, Contamination Control in Clean room facility.

In SMF for 7 years and had since completed 100 over MNC & SME productivity projects in the non traditional manufacturing sector like Services Industry, Products Manufacturing, Logistics industry, Food manufacturers, F & B, Hotel  and Cleaning Industry.

 

Mr Chang Phuan Heng (PH)

Certified Lean Six Sigma Black-Belt and also a certified Practising Management Consultant (PMC).  He has more than 20 years of experience in the aerospace avionics & electronics manufacturing industry.  His leadership responsibility encompasses supply chain, procurement, inventory and logistics, production, quality assurance, health safety environment & facilities, contract manufacturing, project rationalization management and continuous improvement office.  His most recent areas of expertise before joining SMF-CCL includes project consultancy & coaching in banking services and construction industry. 

Area of expertise may include business process re-engineering, business model innovation, job redesign, productivity diagnosis, operational excellence (lean & six sigma) deployment & total quality management & leadership initiatives.

 

Mr David Cheong

 A Senior Management Executive with more than 20 years of experience within the FMCG sector.  David has worked in both Local and Foreign MNCs,  undertaken several overseas posting assignments in Asia Pacific and USA.  These placements have enabled him to develop not only specific industry experience, but also valuable and transferable skill set in a fast-paced environment.  As a leader, David is highly dynamic, with a winning attitude who empowers and energizes his team to the fullest potential. His expertise are in Business Model Innovation (Mandarin), and business leadership coaching.

David  graduated with a Masters of Business Administration from University of Western Sydney, Australia.

 

Mr Henry Kang

Certified Lean Practitioner and also a Registered Management Consultant (RMC) with Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) and Certified 360 Development Partner.

He has more than 20 years of experience in Semiconductor MNC, Healthcare and Service industry.Areas of expertise include Business Model Innovation (BMI), Leadership, Performance Management,  Lean deployment as a strategy, People Engagement, Creativity and Innovation, Competency Management System and Learning Organisation.
